• Greg Olynyk has worked for Newmont Mining, at various sites in Nevada, as lead consultant, master data creation, conversions, and cleansing with various tools such as LSMW. Instructional design and delivery to Managers, Planners, Supervisors, Master Data Focals, Operators and Technicians.
• Mining experience; Newmont Mining, NV / New Gold, BC and ON, Canada, Australia / Nyrstar Mining, in BC, Canada and Tennessee / GoldCorp in QC, Canada and Mexico / Rio Tinto, CA / Shell Canada, Calgary and Ft. McMurray
• Data conversion/cleansing tools such as NRX Asset Hub, RelTacMD, Access and EXCEL SQL Data
• Mass Load/change with tools such as NRX and SAP LSMW
• Visual BOM development with NRX and Metanoia
• Config experience and knowledge of both best practices and common practices, as well as common neglected configurations such as in ih01, variant and layout global defaults aligned with roles and business processes as well as more efficient purchase requisitioning options.
• Video production tools such as VIDAMI and INTERACTR (html5 interactive videos).
• SAP PM, DMS config and functional use.
• Prometheus Tools; Graphical Scheduler, etc.
• Instructional design and delivery with tools such as Adobe Captivate, ScreenCast-O-Matic, SharePoint, PowerPoint, WORD, SAP Tutor (now ANCILE UPerform or SAP Productivity PAK, SPP).
• User acceptance/change management experience, leading Train the Trainer Program.
